Susan Gaudette

RYT-500, is a certified yoga teacher for five years. She has practiced yoga with Hannelore Moebius since 2000, and graduated from the Prana Studio's Professional Program in Integrative Yoga Therapy and Level I and II Usui Reiki Practitioner training. She also attended Amy Weintraub’s Lifeforce yoga at Kripalu Center.
Susan’s desire is to create a safe, uplifting environment where each student discovers the strength, freedom and joy that exists within. Her special interest is ‘Yoga to manage your mood’.


Chris Hallowell

has been leading movement-oriented classes for all ages over the past 30 years. She has completed the 200-hour Integrative Yoga Teacher Training and the 500-hour Professional Yoga Therapy Program through The Prana Studio. She is also certified in YogaDance through the Kripalu Yoga Center.
Chris is caring and gentle in her teaching and actively focused on the use of somatic exercises. She is adapting yoga for people with physical and neurological challenges.

Susan Haskell

enjoys exploring the fundamental principles of physical alignment, core strengthening, vinyasas, relaxation and meditation to relieve stress.
She holds a 200-hour teacher certification in Integrative Yoga Therapy through The Prana Studio. Susan is a fundraising consultant for organizations like Outward Bound, and can often be found skiing, hiking and playing outside with her husband and two kids.
In her classes, Sue enjoys teaching vinyasa flow, ‘Tired Body and Wired Mind’ Yoga, and Yoga for athletes and pregnancy.

Emily Kinniburgh

is a graduate of the Prana Studio’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Deeply inspired by her teachers, Hannelore Moebius and David Diller, she brings to her classes an experiential approach to being in the body and a slightly Buddhist approach to being in life. She encourages deep listening, moment to moment awareness and curious exploration on and off the mat. She aims to serve as a resource, a witness and a motivational guide on each student’s unique journey.
She is pictured here with her dog, Lily, who reminds her daily to wag more, bark less.

Suzanne MacDonald

began practicing Iyengar yoga in 1974 before studying with Hannelore Moebius in 1994. She graduated from The Prana Studio 200-hour Integrative Yoga Teacher Training in 2006 and the 500-hour Yoga Therapist program in 2011.
Earlier in life, Suzanne regularly traveled to India coordinating educational programs. She loves to be in nature and is a passionate gardener. Suzanne’s natural way of teaching is relaxed and supportive. She has been teaching part time at the Prana Studio for the past year.

Kathryn Meers-Limric

is a stay at home mom of four children ranging age from 5-14. She has been practicing yoga for about 10 years, the last 5 with Hannelore. Two years ago she decided to take her practice to the next level and attended Hannelore's 200-hour Integrative Yoga Teacher Training. She has been teaching since January 2011, and part time at The Prana Studio. Kathryn incorporates different styles of yoga into her teaching with an emphasis on flow.

Alicia Rossman

RYT, has been practicing yoga with different teachers for 7 years. She studied under Hannelore Moebius and graduated from her Integrative Yoga Teacher Training and Reiki I & II. Alicia has a Bachelors degree in Nutritional Science and looks forward to becoming a Registered Dietitian. She believes that Yoga, Reiki, food and nutrition contribute to a powerful and fulfilling well-being. Alicia is a firm believer that anyone can practice yoga, and encourages people of all body sizes, shapes, and ailments to join her in her practice.

Janis Sheldon

is a 500-hr RYT in Integrative Yoga Therapy through The Prana Studio. Her 200-hr certification is from The Yoga of Energy Flow with Daniel Orlansky and her prenatal yoga training from Martha Chabinsky. Janis has also received Reiki I & II training from Hannelore Moebius.
Her philosophy in life is “Less is more”, and she encourages her students to listen to their body’s wisdom. After her spine surgery in 2003, Janis shares her journey back to comfort and mobility through a gentle yoga practice.

Leslie Webb

graduated from the Prana studio's 200-hour Integrative Yoga Teacher Training in January 2011. Her studies with Hannelore and classmates inspired her and deepened her practice. Currently, she enjoys teaching classes with adults while integrating aspects of Yoga and Somatics.
With a masters degree in Occupational therapy, she incorporates a mind-body con-nection into her work. Leslie has practiced yoga for over ten years with preschoolers, teenagers with neurological challenges, and adults, including her 88-year old Dad.
