UPCOMING WORKSHOP / HAPPY TRAVELS = A SHORT BREAK FROM TEACHING

Hello Everyone!
I am writing this message to you from the Airport in Paris! :) As I told many of you already, this March is a big traveling month for me! Beside a few fun-trips to celebrate birthdays with my family, I will be traveling through Switzerland and Germany!

As a result of this special opportunity, we will have NO Yoga classes the next two weeks, between Tuesday, March 12 - Thursday, March 21.

Please let me know if you would like an online ZOOM Class!? Jot me a quick email, and I will send you a link for the class! :)

I will resume teaching our weekly Yoga classes March 26.

WORKSHOP

A reminder! Please sign-up for our Workshop on March 23, 1:30PM - 4:30PM
"Guided Imagery & Creative Painting"! 
You do not need any experience in painting and artwork! All are welcome!
You'll practice two Restorative Yoga Poses, you are guided through a visualization, and then get support in doodling or expressing yourself with colors! So much Fun! :)
