Dear Yoga and Meditation friends!
The New England Summer is soon arriving. I am so excited to getting my hands into the soil, growing flowers and veggies! Many of us have outdoor activities and projects. Therefore, I decided to offer our noon-time Meditation every first Wednesday of the month.
I will continue my weekly Yoga classes on Wednesday nights (5PM) and Thursday mornings (9AM and 10:30AM) with a new 9-week session starting this week!
