I am excited to share with you an online workshop with Rama Jyoti Vernon!
Many of you have attended several workshops when I hosted Rama in my Yoga Studio.
I hope you can attend to hear her great wisdom about Yoga Philosophy!
I have enclosed her flyer! Enjoy! :)
We approach the 9th week of our session, and we'll continue online with Zoom.
The new session will be starting Wednesday, July 8 with our popular free Meditation on Wednesdays at Noon. Let me know by email to get on the list.
Sign-up for Wednesday 5PM, Thursday 9AM, or Thursday 10:30AM Yoga classes.
I am looking forward to hearing from you! :)
Much Love, Hannelore
I just wanted to give you a Reminder for our Spring Cleanse Workshop this coming Friday.
You will learn important facts to understand the power of Ayurveda. We will practice Pranayama, Asanas, and Mudras, and cook a meal together "side by side" with Zoom, connecting my kitchen with yours. I will send you a shopping list, if you like to join for cooking. Otherwise, you can relax and watch me! :)
Oh yes, IF you do not like to "spoil" your Mother's Day Celebration..... No worry!
You can start your personal cleanse later on Monday. You will also have the chance for questions and answers by phone during the week, or through Zoom on Friday, May 15, 5:00pm!
Also, we are starting a new 8-week session this week!
We continue all classes online with Zoom.
Let me know if you like a scholarship/reduced rate for this challenging time!
Wishing you all well and safe! I hope to hear from you! Much Love, Hannelore
I hope, you are well and safe during this challenging time. For all those, who work at the front line in stores, care-taking, and medical professions, I want to thank and honor you for your work.
For those of us, who can stay safely at home, we might feel challenged in other ways…. Be it a financial challenge, feelings of loneliness, boredom, or cabin-fever. Luckily, here in NH, we have a little more space to walk into the woods, take in nature, fresh air, and sunshine.
At this time, it is especially important to maintain a ‘Daily Routine’ with sufficient sleep, healthy diet, walking, Yoga practice, breathing, and meditation to support our immune system, and to support our body, mind, and emotions. Below are some sessions you can all join if you like!
“DEEP BREATHING, MEDITATION, AND RELAXATION ” [Free!]
Every Wednesday at Noon
I have integrated a deep breathing practice into the meditation/ relaxation sessions in order to strengthen our lungs and immune system, and have more vitality.
AYURVEDIC SPRING CLEANSE WORKSHOP
Friday Evening, May 8th at 5pm – 7:30 pm
As we move into spring, I will be providing an Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse workshop, via Zoom Online. We’ll be exploring the concepts of Ayurveda:
REIKI I – Saturday, May 2nd at 10am to 3pm
REIKI II – Saturday, May 30th at 10am to 3pm
REIKI is an ancient healing art, which originated in Japan and is simply experienced with attunements and practice. This time I am offering trainings via Zoom. Of course, I will give you more practice time in a group session as soon as we are able to connect again in person.
I hope to hear from you soon! Stay well and safe!
With Love and Blessings, Hannelore
In our current uncertain times, I would like to offer you a FREE WEEKLY Meditation & Relaxation class. You will find me online every Wednesday at NOON for around 20 minutes. Sessions will cover introductory deep breathing practices, visualizations for healing and stabilization, and simple Yoga Nidra relaxation practices.
If you are interested, send me an email: firstname.lastname@example.org
and I will send you a Zoom Link to attend online for free!
Wishing you all well and safe!
Much Love and Blessings, Hannelore
In light of recent developments regarding the highly contagious Covid-19 virus, I feel a deep responsibility to be proactive in doing my part to help keep us and our community safe. One of the key recommendations at this time is to socially distance. Many people are already working remotely and schools are temporarily closing in some areas.
Since I want us to be all safe and healthy, I will be offering all Yoga classes Online with Zoom from this point forward.
It is very simple to attend as long as you follow the link which I will share with you prior to each session. Installing the app onto your computer, tablet, ipad, or smartphone makes things even easier. (I am happy to help you prepare prior to our next class if you have any trouble).
When you sign in, you can choose to either opt-in for interacting with one another, or you can be a quiet participant (not seen). If you prefer not attending Online classes, you can come back to in-person classes when we are able to resume normally at the Durham Community Church. Please email me in order to let me know your preferences. Of course, I will be reassessing the situation as it unfolds and will keep you posted on any changes.
New information about the virus is coming out every day and much is still unknown, but one thing that is clear is that we must all do our best to slow transmission from person to person as much as possible in order to make sure that our healthcare system can keep up with treating everyone in need.
I am sending some more information below that shows the numbers which convinced me to take action earlier rather than later:
Please be careful and take good care of yourselves. The most recent studies seem to be indicating that the virus can remain alive on hard surfaces such as plastic, metal, and glass for up to 3 days, on cardboard for 24 hours, and in the air, it may be viable for several hours.
I think it is smart to be proactive in making sure that you have some storage of essential household goods, dry, and frozen foods, fever meds, prescription meds (if applicable). Additionally, I recommend to look at the CDC website for further information.
It’s important to have peace of mind and to be prepared in case self-isolation is necessary or lock-downs become a reality here.
Much Love, Hannelore

I’m so excited to share with you that I just became part of a network called DaoCloud. It’s a community of practitioners and an amazing wellness information resource. There’s Q&A with practitioners, so you can see what people are asking and the answers they’re getting.
You can also ask your own question, and you can subscribe to content on specific topics.
If you feel inspired to, you can leave a nice review for me on my profile so other people like you can find me.
Just go to https://www.daocloud.com/pro/hannelore-moebius and write 1-2 sentences on how my work has impacted you. I will be so grateful!
Either way, I think DaoCloud is a great resource and I recommend checking it out :)
Thank you so much,
Dear Yoga Friends:
As the year is coming to an end, I am grateful to our Yoga community and the experiences of the past year! Thank you all for your continuous support and enthusiasm!
During this time of the year, I always enjoy celebrating with my family, but also taking the time to meditate, and reflect on my life, on its blessings and its challenges. This morning, during our Yoga practice, our little grandson Bear asked for “Loon-Yoga”! What is this? Well, he had observed that the loons carry their babies on their backs across the lake! So, we practiced Down-Dogs, Cobras, Table, and Child pose with Bear on our backs! So much fun! If you are a parent or grandparent, enjoy playing with your family!
Our Yoga schedule for January is enclosed. Over this coming semester, we will be practicing with reflections on the Yoga Sutras. We will include Mudras, occasional chanting of the Sutras, and a few Mantras.
Please sign up via e-mail, by PayPal, or bring the payment to class on January 8 or 9. If you plan to start later, let me know your starting date! As you have seen in the past, your favorite class fills up quickly.
Please, sign up for our next fun-filled Valentine workshop: A Partner supported Restorative Practice on February 16, 2:00 - 4:30PM. This is a real treat for couples, partners, friends, moms & daughters, dads & sons!
May this Season of Light bring you Joy, Peace, and Abundance!
With much Love & Blessings, Hannelore
Classes begin again on January 8th, 2020
Upcoming Workshops 2020!
Thank you so much for your interest in learning more about the benefits of Yoga & Ayurveda. ~ Hannelore
