Hello Yogis & Yoginis!

The countdown for one of my favorite workshops is on! Just two days after Valentine's Day, on February 16, is another chance to treat Yourself and/or a Loved One to total Rest and Renewal with a Restorative Yoga Practice!

Especially now, in the cold season of the Northeast, we have to nurture our Vata nature with grounding, relaxing, calming poses, and a warming tea!
