EXPLORE INSIGHTS, TIPS, AND PRACTICES FOR HOLISTIC WELL-BEING
|
Dear Yoga friends!
I hope, you are all well and start enjoying the time of the holidays! We had a funny Halloween, see the picture of Nala, our husky, dressed as the wolf, who was accompanied by Freya as Rotkäppchen. :) This coming Thanksgiving and during the Holidays, our whole family will be united again for the festivities. I am so very thankful for my family, my experiences over the years, as well as my current learning experiences during my Energy Medicine Course. As we grow older, I realize that the most meaningful moments are often ordinary, but they stay with us! Gratitude does not need to be big. It is just that moment of recognition. Be it a big moment or a small one: It might have been a challenge, which transformed into success. It might have been something small, but with a surprise! So, as we approach Thanksgiving, reflect upon, or write down three moments of this year you are grateful for! With each one of them take a few minutes to really feel your gratitude! Then, on Thanksgiving day, share it with your family and friends. Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Holidays! With Love, Hannelore P.S. I will be changing my email address! It will be: [email protected]
