Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda's website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website ") is an intelligent tool that challenges people to live fulfilling lives by providing members of all skill levels: (1) high-quality movement classes, (2) educational materials about health and wellness, and (3) a community of people interested in living their true potential. The Website is owned by Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda.
These Terms & Conditions of Use (this "Agreement ") apply to (1) all of the products, services, and websites offered by Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda, including, but not limited to, the Website; (2) mobile, tablet, internet television, or other digital or electronic versions of the Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda video streaming platform; (3) any Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda software; and (4) any applications created by Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda whether available through a social networking site or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (collectively, the "Service "). Please note that the availability of any Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda applications on a social networking site, mobile or tablet device, internet television, or other technology platform does not indicate any relationship or affiliation between Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda and such social networking site, mobile or tablet device, or internet television or other technology platforms.

1. Acceptance of Terms:
This Agreement sets forth legally binding terms for your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a “Visitor“ (which means that you simply browse the Service) or you are a “Member“ (which means that you have registered on the Website as a user). If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you should leave the Website and discontinue use of the Service immediately. We will post a notification on the Service in the event of any material changes to this Agreement. Such changes, whether in the form of modifications, additions, or deletions, shall be effective when specified in the relevant notification or, if the change is immaterial, immediately upon appearing on the Service. Your continued use of the Service following our posting of any changes to this Agreement means that you accept those changes
2. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
You and Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda agree that any dispute between us (including disputes against any agent, employee, subsidiary, affiliate, predecessor in interest, successor, or assign of the other) relating to: (1) the Service; (2) any transaction or relationship between us resulting from your use of the Service; (3) the purchase, order, installation, or use of the Service; or (4) communications between us, will be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration and the arbitration decision may be enforced and judgment entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda further agree that this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and not by any state law concerning arbitration. You and Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda further agree that any determination regarding the applicability, enforceability, or validity of this arbitration agreement will be made by the arbitrator, not by any court.
By agreeing to this arbitration agreement, you are giving up your right to go to court, including, but not limited to, your right to a jury trial.
In arbitration, a dispute is resolved by a neutral arbitrator or panel of arbitrators rather than by a judge or jury. Arbitration is more informal, however; an arbitrator can award the same relief that a court can award. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA“) and conducted under AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (collectively, the “AAA Rules“) then in effect at the time of the dispute. You may obtain copies of the AAA Rules and forms and instructions for initiating arbitration by visiting the AAA website at www.adr.org, or by calling AAA at (800) 788-7879. If, for any reason, the AAA is unavailable, the parties shall mutually select another arbitration forum.
Any arbitration shall be conducted only on an individual basis, and any claim shall not be arbitrated as a class action, in a purported representative capacity, or brought as a private attorney general. The arbitrator shall have no authority to: (1) consolidate more than one person’s claims against Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda; (2) preside over any kind of representative or class proceeding against Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda; or (3) award any kind of class-wide relief. You acknowledge that this class action waiver is material and essential to the arbitration of any disputes between the parties and is non-severable from the agreement to arbitrate claims. If any portion of this class action waiver is limited, voided, or cannot be enforced, then the parties’ agreement to arbitrate shall be null and void.
You understand that by agreeing to this class action waiver, you may only bring claims against us in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class representative, or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.
If you do not agree to this arbitration agreement and class action waiver, you must tell us in writing and not use the Service.

3. Health Disclaimer
Physical exercise, in all its forms and with or without the use of equipment such as blocks, straps, or any other equipment that may be suggested by a Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda instructor, is a strenuous physical activity. Accordingly, you are urged and advised to seek the advice of a physician before beginning any physical exercise regimen, routine, or program or using any suggested equipment shown in any of the video clips on the Service. Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda is not a medical organization; its instructors or staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. All suggestions and comments relating to the use of equipment, poses, moves, and instruction are not required to be performed by you. They are carried out at your election while viewing Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda videos. Nothing contained in the Service should be construed as any form of such medical advice or diagnosis.
By using the Service, you represent that you understand that physical exercise involves strenuous physical movement and that such activity carries the risk of physical or mental injury. You understand that you are responsible for judging your physical and mental capabilities for such activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that by participating in classes, courses, programs, and activities from Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda, you will not exceed your limits while performing such activities. You will select the appropriate activity level for your skills and abilities and any mental or physical conditions and/or limitations you have. You understand that instructors may suggest physical adjustments or the use of equipment from time to time, and it is your sole responsibility to determine if any such suggested adjustment or equipment is appropriate for your level of ability and physical and mental condition. You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda, or any person or entity involved with Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda, including without limitation its directors, principals, instructors, independent contractors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates and representatives.
You agree to take responsibility for your own experience and honor your energy. At your first class, you are asked to fill out a 'Personal History/Body Map-Form' and a 'Waiver' and sign it. Let me know about any physical limitations, and communicate ahead of time if you need extra support. Make sure you 'go' at your own pace even if your classmates inspire you to do more.

4. Community Guidelines
You agree to honor confidentiality. Anything shared in the room–stays in the room.
You agree that while you are in a class with Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda, you will comply with the studio schedule and rules and respect the property of Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda.
You understand that while participating in a class or event, pictures of the participants may be taken. Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda will use some of these photographs for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in their catalogs, brochures, website, and newsletters. By participating in Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda classes, you agree that Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda may take photographs that include your image. You agree that Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda may use such photos for promotional, educational, and informational purposes without any compensation for you.
You understand that late entry into the Zoom rooms is frowned upon. Classes begin on time. Therefore, you agree to arrive at least five minutes before class to ensure your system is functioning correctly. If you arrive late, please wait in the Zoom waiting room, and I will let you in as soon as possible, so long as it does not disturb the rest of the class.
Take responsibility for your own experience. Honor your energy. Let me know about any physical limitations, and communicate ahead of time if you need extra support. Make sure you ‘go’ at your own pace, even if your classmates inspire you to do more.

5. Membership Fees
You agree to register with Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda before each class and to make payment before or at the time of registration.
All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors. You understand that prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
You agree that all purchases are final. Moebius Yoga & Ayurveda does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions on services, workshops, or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason unless provided with a relevant doctor's note. If you have paid for a drop-in but cannot attend a class, you can attend the following week’s class.

6. On Pausing Your Membership
Class sessions cannot be paused aside from medical reasons (note necessary from doctor).

Workshops need to be booked at least 1 day before the workshop begins, unless you have contacted me to receive special permission. Thank you!
