ABOUT THE REPLENISH & RESTORE WITH YOGA & AYURVEDA COURSE
The Replenish & Restore with Yoga & Ayurveda Course is designed to help you relieve stress, release tension, and reconnect with your inner stillness. As a member, you'll have access to a wide range of live Zoom classes and pre-recorded yoga sessions and workshops, offering flexibility and convenience for your practice.
As a member, you'll also receive recordings of various meditation sessions, Yoga Nidra relaxation, foot reflexology, chakra meditation, marma-chikitsa/acu-massage, and learn to make ghee and cook nourishing meals like Kitchari. Q&A sessions will be arranged based on your needs.
Four parts of the course over the year, focusing on Chakras, Koshas, Yoga Philosophy, and more. Develop body awareness, flexibility, strength, compassion, and creative expression. Explore Yoga Philosophy, Yamas & Niyamas, and Kleshas for daily life application. Additional short courses on Meditation, Deep Relaxation, Chakra Meditations, and more. Access to relevant PDFs and manuals for all courses.
Weekly live Zoom yoga classes throughout the year. Each session spans approximately 8 weeks, with breaks in between. Optional seasonal workshop as we move into Winter.
