HAPPY NEW YEAR, 2023!
Most of you know that my life has changed with a growing family! As a grandmother, I have felt "blissed out" with a newborn baby in my arms!
I also have days when I feel exhausted. I sometimes wonder if my exhaustion results from my wish to help a bit too much. It is interesting to observe myself and our young parents. So many memories arise about my time as a young mother. I recall the total joy, love, and excitement I had for the opportunity to experience my children's development. Still, I also viscerally remember the feelings of tiredness resulting from caring for everybody except myself.
Are you also familiar with the feeling of having to carry the burden for everyone and everything without taking the time to care for your own body, mind, and spirit?
A significant shift in my self-care routine came for me when I started my Autogenic Training (like Yoga Nidra) and my Yoga practice, and later on Ayurveda and meeting Dr. Lad! What a difference it made!!
I want to take care of myself this time as I further embrace my role as a grandmother, and at the same time, I want to continue deepening OUR Yoga practice together. Since my priorities have changed with the birth of my first granddaughter, I would like to share with you how I picture this coming year.
NEW MEMBERSHIP MODEL
My yoga classes, courses and workshops will now be offered as part of a membership. As you know, the courses I provide offer simple yet powerful Yoga and Ayurveda practices for those who like a mindful, meditative, and nourishing Yoga practice. These practices help you to release stress and tension, restore your body and reconnect with the stillness that rests within your SELF.
With this new membership model, all you are used to receiving will continue as before, only better!
Starting January 11, you can join me as a member as we delve into the world of Yoga, Chakras, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Reiki and more! As a member, you will have access to all my live Zoom classes and the option to pick and choose from a wide selection of my pre-recorded yoga classes at your leisure. Our constantly growing library is a unique and flexible toolkit to customize your daily practice and fit your schedule and needs. The pre-recorded classes range from 15 to 60 minutes, allowing you to practice from the comfort of your home.
In addition, as a member of the Replenish & Restore Yoga & Ayurveda Course, you can attend up to 96 available live Zoom sessions over the year, which will also be recorded and added to the already extensive library of my yoga classes.

THE COURSE LAYOUT
Here is what I offer to you as a member of this year-long journey together:
MEMBERSHIP IN THE REPLENISH AND RESTORE YOGA & AYURVEDA COURSE is divided into four parts over the year.
During the first two parts of our course, we will take the Chakras (energy centers of the body) and the Koshas (the awareness sheaths) as metaphors to deepen your awareness within. Here, you will learn, practice, and develop:
Our course's 3rd and 4th parts will take place in the Fall and Winter. There, we will begin to understand the ancient but simple Yoga Philosophy, Yamas & Niyamas, and Kleshas in order to apply them to our daily life.
Additionally, throughout the year, I will add short courses on Meditation, Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra), Chakra Meditations with Crystal Bowls (Sound Healing), Foot-Reflexology, Marma Chikitsa/Acu-Pressure Massage, How to Make Ghee, How to Make a Cleansing Nourishing Kitchari, etc. As a member, you will have access to all of these courses and their relevant pdfs and manuals!

THE COURSE SCHEDULE
HERE IS THE LIVE ZOOM YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE FOR 2023
These live classes will repeat throughout the year and, as a member, you will have access to all of them! You can also join ALL of the LIVE sessions throughout the year from the comfort of your home with the same link!
As a member, you will all receive additional recordings on:
Membership in my Yoga offerings for 2023 is $46 per month (if paid in automatic increments resulting in only $552 for the entire year). However, paying the annual membership upfront is only $489, which is $40.75 per month and results in substantial savings!
Most importantly, you will have continuous access to our Yoga practice. This arrangement will enable you to maintain your health, benefiting yourself and all around you all year round, including myself and my growing family! :)
• Private Yoga Therapy Sessions and Ayurvedic Wellness Consultations are still available if the need arises.
• There remains the option to buy eight sessions at a time, which can be used over the year for $122, but this framework does not include access to the yoga library of recorded yoga classes, courses, workshops, manuals, or pdfs.
• Drop-in classes remain at $18 per class.
