EXPLORE INSIGHTS, TIPS, AND PRACTICES FOR HOLISTIC WELL-BEING
Hi Everyone!
I hope you had a lovely Valentine's Day full of love! Just in case you need some additional love and affection, here's a reminder of my Rest & Renewal Workshop tomorrow. It's a partner supported restorative practice in which we will play, dance, stretch and massage ourselves or a partner. It's a lovely opportunity to rejuvenate yourself and to open and support your heart chakra. Please don't worry if you aren't able to bring a partner, you're still most welcome. I hope to see you there! Please, send me an email, if you had not signed up yet. ~ Hannelore ❤ ***I'll bring my favorite Energy balls. Just made it, and the Recipe is posted below! :) Other Upcoming Workshops
Don't forget our upcoming Reiki Share workshop!
