Hello Everyone!
I hope, you are well and safe during this challenging time. For all those, who work at the front line in stores, care-taking, and medical professions, I want to thank and honor you for your work. For those of us, who can stay safely at home, we might feel challenged in other ways…. Be it a financial challenge, feelings of loneliness, boredom, or cabin-fever. Luckily, here in NH, we have a little more space to walk into the woods, take in nature, fresh air, and sunshine. At this time, it is especially important to maintain a ‘Daily Routine’ with sufficient sleep, healthy diet, walking, Yoga practice, breathing, and meditation to support our immune system, and to support our body, mind, and emotions. Below are some sessions you can all join if you like! “DEEP BREATHING, MEDITATION, AND RELAXATION ” [Free!] Every Wednesday at Noon I have integrated a deep breathing practice into the meditation/ relaxation sessions in order to strengthen our lungs and immune system, and have more vitality. AYURVEDIC SPRING CLEANSE WORKSHOP Friday Evening, May 8th at 5pm – 7:30 pm As we move into spring, I will be providing an Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse workshop, via Zoom Online. We’ll be exploring the concepts of Ayurveda:
REIKI I – Saturday, May 2nd at 10am to 3pm REIKI II – Saturday, May 30th at 10am to 3pm REIKI is an ancient healing art, which originated in Japan and is simply experienced with attunements and practice. This time I am offering trainings via Zoom. Of course, I will give you more practice time in a group session as soon as we are able to connect again in person. I hope to hear from you soon!
