EXPLORE INSIGHTS, TIPS, AND PRACTICES FOR HOLISTIC WELL-BEING
Hello Everybody!
We are excited to announce that our new session is starting this week, focusing on the Chakras and Koshas. We have been laying a strong foundation within our bodies through grounding poses and Mudras, and building flexibility with flowing movements and breath work. Last week, we explored the 3rd Chakra (Manipura), awakening the fire within us, while weaving the reflections of the Koshas into our Chakra work. In the week leading up to the Spring break, we will delve into the sacred realm of the heart, the center of our Chakra system. We will next explore the Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) which is closely connected to the heart and mind, the Inana and Vijnana Maya Koshas. We will explore our expressions and chant the sounds of the Chakras, creating a joyful and transformative experience. If you have an annual membership, no action is required. If you have used up all 8 classes of your 8-class pass, please sign up for the new session. Some of you still have a few classes left for this session, and I will send you a link in the evening today. I am looking forward to see you either on: Wednesday night at 5PM Thursday at 9AM Thursday at 10:30AM Much Love, Hannelore

Hello Everyone!
We have two weeks of Spring Break. However, it does not look that way! This weekend's winter storm gave us lots of beautiful snow, a power outage, followed by sunshine and gorgeous weather to enjoy snow-shoeing, cross-country skiing, and walks in the woods. :) Originally, I wanted to be somewhere in the Southern hemisphere, but our happy Grandparent Life holds us here in New England. I want to thank everybody who attended the past weeks of Yoga! The Annual Membership Program works well, and the positive feedback of our members makes me happy! A few busy travelers took the 8-class pass, which means that they can take classes during any of the 8-week sessions over the year. Annual members enjoy also received recorded classes about Chakras, Koshas, as well as the short additional recordings of Restorative Practices and Kitchari Cooking. In the next two weeks, I will add new content to the MOMOYOGA-Platform, for example, a "Power of Breath" sequence. This sequence will help you to calm the body, balance the nervous system, and revitalize and stimulate yourself. You are encouraged to practice a variety of Pranayama every day. We will combine these breathing practices with Mudras (hand-gestures) and short meditations. For now, enjoy the Winter Wonderland! Spring is just around the corner! If you are not an annual member, and have used up all your 8 classes, please sign-up for a new pass. The session will start Wednesday, March 22, and Thursday, March 23. Much Love, Hannelore |
