Hello, lovely souls! What an incredible week it has been sharing our mornings together! I'm filled with gratitude for the magical moments we've experienced in our free 20-minute yoga sessions. From the soles of our feet to the crown of our head, we awakened and energized every part of our being. By incorporating deep breaths, we enhanced the flow of Prana, the life force energy, while affirmations uplifted our spirits. Day 3: We indulged in a seated Marma massage, followed by invigorating lateral stretches and twists. The practice brought deep relaxation and openness from the hips to the neck, fostering a sense of rejuvenation. Today, on our 4th day, I'm excited to offer you a Soothing Mini Retreat for your muscles and mind. Through gentle Somatic Movements on the back and the side, we'll guide the mind to release tension and dissolve blockages within the body. And on our final day, Day 5, get ready to ignite your inner strength with a dynamic yet mindful sequence. Together, we'll experience the empowering fusion of Warrior, Triangle, and Balance postures.
