I hope, you can enjoy your time to slow down, be together with family and friends, and celebrate all of life's gifts and blessings.
For me, it is the time to connecting with the people I love and practicing gratitude.
Of course, it is great fun to create delicious meals; to even celebrate food and share it with everyone.
As the season has turned cold and the wind roars, it is essential to build this protective layer, our Anna Maya Kosha. Eating warm and healthy meals is a way of replenishing our tissues, muscles, and bones, boosting our nerves system, and strengthening the immune system. Go out for a walk, breathe, and celebrate the Winter Holidays with Joy!
