Starting from Monday to Friday, I invite you to join me for free Yoga classes on May 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19th at 9:00 am with a special evening class as well (hour tba)! These classes are the "Essentials" of MoebiusYoga, featuring therapeutic and nurturing sequences that many of you have come to treasure.

For those who don't have an Annual Membership, I have exciting news! I will be offering the option to purchase the "MoebiusYoga Essentials" package, which includes these recorded classes.
