Hello Everybody!
I hope, you had a wonderful Summer and are still enjoying sunshine and warmth these next days! My gardens are thriving while putting lots of love and effort into them. There were moments of magic in between, of which I share one with you! We all enjoyed our Summer Yoga, and we'll start a new 9-week Yoga session with the focus on the elements and Chakras this coming week! All classes will stay online with Zoom: Wednesdays at Noon for our free half-hour meditation, Wednesday nights at 5:00PM, Thursday mornings at 9:00AM for mixed level Yoga, and Thursday mornings 10:30AM for therapeutic gentle Yoga.
