EXPLORE INSIGHTS, TIPS, AND PRACTICES FOR HOLISTIC WELL-BEING
Hello, Everyone! I can hardly believe how swiftly summer has swept by – what a remarkable and bustling season it has been! I trust you've had an enjoyable summer too. A heartfelt thank you to all those who graced my summer party with their presence; it was a truly special occasion, and I relished the opportunity to connect with you in person! 😊 Several of you inquired about Beach Yoga, and I want to extend my sincerest apologies if it seemed like that idea slipped through the cracks. In fact, back in May, we had engaging discussions about when and where we could organize beach Yoga sessions. However, my schedule was fully booked throughout July, and I also received feedback from many of our local students who were planning to be away during August. With that feedback in mind and the complex travel plans for everyone, I thoughtfully tailored our offerings for the season. Instead of Beach Yoga, I curated a week of five invigorating Yoga classes, complemented by two additional sessions, followed by three rejuvenating Self-Care classes! I do intend to continue with this supplement for beach yoga this coming term as well. Join us for a rejuvenating start to the new semester of Yoga classes, beginning August 30th. Explore ancient Yoga philosophy, dive into ethical guidelines, and cultivate balance and harmony. Don't miss this enriching journey! Our upcoming Yoga session will start on August 30th and 31st, maintaining our familiar schedule: Wednesdays at 5:00 PM and Thursdays at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
For our Annual Members, you're all set – simply use the link for our Zoom classes, which will arrive the day before your session. For those who aren't Annual Members, please drop me an email to confirm your attendance. The flexible package of eight classes is priced at $122. In our two 8-week courses, we'll delve into the profound teachings of ancient Yoga Philosophy. The Patanjali Yoga Sutras, steeped in Eastern Psychology and organized across four enlightening chapters, offer us new perspectives on our world, enhancing our ease and understanding. As we embrace the eight limbs/disciplines of Yoga, we'll embark on a deeper exploration of the 10 moral disciplines, the Yamas & Niyamas. These ethical guidelines, when consciously integrated into our lives through reflection and awareness, liberate us from self-imposed limitations and usher in a sense of balance, harmony, and inner peace. I'm eagerly looking forward to reuniting with you in our upcoming Yoga classes next week! Until then, take care and stay well. 😊🙏 Hannelore
