Greetings, dear Yoga enthusiasts!
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for inquiring about my well-being. I'm pleased to share that my healing journey is progressing well. Learning to embrace patience and self-care has been a transformative experience. The shoulder surgery went smoothly, and I've bid farewell to stitches after just a week. Physical therapy, though challenging, necessitated the return of ice packs. On a positive note, the cast on my leg has been removed, allowing for much-needed restful sleep – a relief indeed! In my quest for accelerated healing, I've incorporated new elements. Alongside Reiki, I've explored OrthoLazer therapy, an infrared healing laser that appears to alleviate pain and swelling. Additionally, I've embarked on a cleansing regimen. Beyond my cherished Kitchari meals, my diet now includes double servings of veggies, ample warm/hot water, and focused deep-breathing exercises to invigorate my energy. A delightful addition to my routine is a morning green drink – a delicious concoction that I affectionately call "Green Coffee" for its energy-boosting properties. This week, I've excluded sugars, opting for a morning feast of fruits followed by the invigorating green smoothie.
