We enjoyed New Hampshire’s Autumn colors with sunshine and winds. Slowly but surely, we get used to the lower temperatures! Our body reminds us of possible health issues! Let’s think about how we can take care of ourselves. The Winter season can bring issues, such as ‘The Winter Blues’ with tiredness & moodiness, insomnia or excess sleep, stiff or painful joints, and common colds and coughs. This workshop draws from experience of 30 years with Yoga therapeutics, European medicinal herbs, and home remedies. It also features the wisdom of ancient Rishis explaining Ayurveda. Kitchen spices, specific food ingredients, simple changes in lifestyle, purifying and vitalizing Yoga movements, breathing practices, Mudras, and Marma – pressure points help you move through the Winter with more ease!
