Hello Everyone!
We will start a new session! Yes, time is flying. In the last few weeks, we covered Marma Chikitsa/Acupressure point massage. We will continue to use the Marma Acupressure points and the Nadis or Meridians in our Yoga practice by reflecting and becoming aware of certain stretches, openings, and compressions, while being in the Yoga pose. This will bring enhanced Pranic flow through the Nadis and nourish the blood flow to the organs. You will release the blockages, which have built up in the Winter, and feel more energized and refreshed. Ready for the Spring!! :) Our 9-week session will follow the same schedule: Wednesday - Noon: FREE Meditation/Relaxation with deep breath work Wednesday - 5:00PM: Mixed-Level Yoga classes Thursday - 9:00AM: Mixed-Level Yoga classes Thursday - 10:30AM: Gentle - Therapeutic Yoga classes with joint care and Somatics I am looking forward to seeing you!
