This Saturday, you have the opportunity to join me from 1:00 - 3:30PM in an in-depth WS which draws from my over 30 years of experience with Yoga therapeutics, European medicinal herbs, home remedies, and the wisdom of ancient Ayurveda. In our workshop “Staying Well through the Winter”, I will introduce you to special kitchen spices that help keep negative winter symptoms at bay. I offer a purifying and vitalizing Yoga class with handouts so that you can practice keeping your joints loose. With pranayama breathing practices, Mudras, and Marma Chikitsa pressure points, you will have the tools to help you move through the Winter with more ease. Finally, I will teach you how to make certain foods, teas, and meals to help you remain energetic and warm through the Winter season. A few recipes will be provided for you to take home as well!
